How do I reset my readiness score?

Readiness recalculates automatically every morning based on your latest HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep data from Apple Health. If your score looks off, make sure your Apple Watch synced overnight and that you've granted Zyno read access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Zyno.

The AI coach isn't responding

Check your internet connection and try sending the message again. If the issue persists, sign out and back in from Settings. Coach responses are streamed live, so a flaky connection can interrupt mid-reply.

I want to delete my account

Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Your account enters a 30-day soft-delete period (in case you change your mind), after which all your data is permanently removed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Zyno. Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Zyno to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Does Zyno work without an Apple Watch?

Yes — but daily readiness scoring works best with HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Watch. Without a Watch, you'll still get workout tracking, nutrition logging, and the AI coach.

What data does Zyno read from Apple Health?

With your permission, Zyno reads heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep analysis, active energy, step count, and workouts. Raw HealthKit samples stay on your device — only the computed readiness score and aggregated metrics are sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
