Email SupportReadiness recalculates automatically every morning based on your latest HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep data from Apple Health. If your score looks off, make sure your Apple Watch synced overnight and that you've granted Zyno read access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Zyno.
Check your internet connection and try sending the message again. If the issue persists, sign out and back in from Settings. Coach responses are streamed live, so a flaky connection can interrupt mid-reply.
Open the app and go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Your account enters a 30-day soft-delete period (in case you change your mind), after which all your data is permanently removed.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Zyno. Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Zyno to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes — but daily readiness scoring works best with HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Watch. Without a Watch, you'll still get workout tracking, nutrition logging, and the AI coach.
With your permission, Zyno reads heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep analysis, active energy, step count, and workouts.
