These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyno mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using Zyno, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use Zyno. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Zyno is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The readiness scores, AI coach responses, and any other content within the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zyno and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
When you log workouts, meals, or send messages to the AI coach, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Zyno a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the App's functionality (e.g. generate coach responses, sync across devices).
The AI coach is powered by a third-party large language model (Google Gemini). Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI coach responses as professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI coach output.
Some features of Zyno may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms (price, billing cycle, free trial, renewal) will be displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyno and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, except where local consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
